Paul Raymond-Barker FRICS was Forestry Partner of Woosnam & Tyler of Builth Wells, Wales and set up his own firm in the town in 1999. He is the sole owner running a friendly and efficient office. He has 38 years forestry experience throughout Wales and the border counties as an independent manager, consultant and valuer. As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Forestry Timber Association Wales Committee and Country Land Owners Association he ensures that he is up to date with new legislation and codes of practice and that this is included in the management of clients' woodlands.
There is an active and increasing market in freehold and leasehold woodlands. We are in that market and know the values. Woodland valuations and surveys for sale or purchase are an important part of our work.
We sell conifer and broadleaf timber standing, at roadside and delivered in to mills by tender or by negotiation.
